Submersible Pump Kärcher SP 9.500 DIRT

The Kärcher SP 9.500 DIRT submersible pump provides a maximum pumping capacity of 9,500 litres per hour for quickly removing and transferring water from rain barrels, garden ponds and flooded areas. It handles clean and dirty water with particles up to 20 mm in diameter, includes a float switch that prevents dry running and can operate at immersion depths up to 7 m. The pump accepts Quick Connect hoses (1", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2") and is supplied with a 10 m power cord. How to use

Place the pump into the water to the required immersion depth (maximum 7 m). Connect an appropriate hose using the Quick Connect thread and position the discharge away from the area to be drained. Ensure the float switch is free to move or fix it at the desired level using the provided attachment to enable operation down to a 25 mm residual water depth. Connect to a grounded power supply and allow the float switch to start and stop the pump automatically as the water level changes. If pumping heavily contaminated water, fit the optional prefilter before operation.

Usage recommendations

Use the pump only within the specified limits: maximum immersion depth 7 m, solids up to 20 mm and residual water depth not less than 25 mm unless the float switch fixing is used. Clean the impeller and check the Quick Connect fittings regularly. For large debris or frequent heavy contamination, install the optional prefilter to protect the impeller and prolong service life.
