Shower hose kfa² 843-103-86-BL, plastic conical, length 1500 mm, silver
Flexible shower hose kfa² model 843-103-86-BL is a 1500 mm long connection hose with conical plastic fittings and a silver finish. Intended for attaching a handheld showerhead to the water outlet, this hose provides extended reach for bathtubs, walk-in showers and other installations where extra length is required. The lightweight construction and standard threaded ends make it suitable for replacement and new installations that use common shower fittings.
The smooth silver surface resists visible wear and integrates with most chrome and metallic bathroom fittings. Conical plastic fittings reduce the risk of damage to connected showerheads and make the hose easy to handle during installation. At 1500 mm length the hose increases mobility of the hand shower while remaining flexible enough to avoid kinks during normal use.
Turn off the water supply before removing the existing hose. Unscrew the current hose from the showerhead and the water outlet, then attach the conical ends of the new kfa² hose by hand until snug; use a suitable tool only if necessary and avoid overtightening plastic fittings. Restore water supply and check for leaks at both connections. Adjust the hand shower and test range of motion to ensure the 1500 mm length meets installation needs.
Regularly inspect connections for signs of wear or leakage and replace washers if necessary. Avoid sharp bends or persistent kinks to maintain flexibility and prolong service life. Use compatible thread sizes and hand-tighten plastic conical fittings first to prevent cross-threading.
