Kraft&Dele KD1826 is a compact IGBT MMA welding inverter with a maximum welding current of 330 A. It is designed for general metalwork, repairs and maintenance and is suitable for both professional welders and hobbyists. The unit supports welding of stainless, carbon and alloy steels as well as copper and other metals. It features a clear LCD display and a potentiometer for precise current adjustment in the 20–330 A range. Thanks to IGBT technology and compact dimensions, the welder is lightweight and highly portable for workshop and on-site use.
The Kraft&Dele KD1826 delivers stable arc performance and efficient energy use with up to 85% efficiency and an IGBT-based inverter design. Its wide current range and compatibility with electrodes 1.6–4 mm provide flexibility across common MMA applications. The clear LCD readout and accurate current potentiometer make setup and adjustment straightforward, while the ~4 kg weight and small footprint improve transportability.
Connect the inverter to a 220–230 V mains supply and ensure correct polarity of the electrode holder and ground clamp. Select a suitable MMA electrode (1.6–4 mm) for the material and set the welding current using the potentiometer within the 20–330 A range. Use the LCD to verify the selected current. Follow standard MMA welding technique: strike the arc, maintain a stable arc length and control travel speed and angle according to electrode type and material thickness. Allow the unit to cool according to duty cycle limits to avoid overheating.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (welding helmet, gloves, apron) and ensure proper ventilation. For continuous high-current work, observe the 35% duty cycle and allow cooling periods to prevent thermal overload. Choose electrode type and diameter according to base metal and required penetration.
