Welding inverter Kraft&Dele KD1879 IGBT 330A MMA, portable arc welder
Kraft&Dele KD1879 is a portable IGBT MMA welding inverter designed for manual metal arc welding with a wide output range and compact size. The unit supports welding of stainless, carbon and alloy steels as well as copper and similar metals. It features an easy-to-read LCD and a potentiometer for precise current adjustment from 20 to 300 A, making it suitable for both professional and hobby use where mobility and reliable arc performance are required.
The KD1879 uses IGBT technology to provide stable arc characteristics, efficient power conversion and reduced weight. Its compact dimensions and approximate weight of 4 kg make it easy to transport and operate in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. The front-panel LCD and potentiometer allow simple and accurate current setting, and the inverter accepts electrodes with diameters from 1.6 to 4 mm.
Connect the inverter to a suitable 220–230 V power supply and attach the electrode holder and ground clamp to the workpiece according to the provided polarity and safety instructions. Select an electrode compatible with the material and desired welding current, then use the front-panel potentiometer to set the current between 20 and 300 A. Read the LCD for current confirmation and perform welding with standard MMA technique, maintaining appropriate arc length and travel speed for the electrode type.
For safe and optimal results, use electrodes within the specified diameter range (1.6–4 mm), ensure correct grounding, and follow personal protective equipment and ventilation guidelines. Avoid operating the inverter beyond its rated output and store the unit in a dry, clean environment when not in use.
