KRISBERG KS-7709 is a 26 cm, 4.8 L enameled cast iron pot engineered to provide steady, even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. The enameled interior and exterior resist sticking and acidic foods while simplifying cleaning. Designed for use on stovetops and in ovens, this heavy-duty cookware is suited to slow cooking methods where consistent temperature and moisture retention are important. The included lid helps maintain internal humidity and preserves flavors during long cooking cycles.
The cast iron body ensures long-lasting thermal performance, evenly distributing heat across the cooking surface to reduce hot spots. The enamel coating prevents direct iron contact with food, minimizing reactive flavors and making the surface easier to clean than bare cast iron.
