Description

Freestanding rack Lanberg FF01-6822-12B is a 22U cabinet designed to store and organize 19" network and server equipment. Constructed from high-grade cold rolled steel with a black finish, the cabinet supports up to 800 kg of load and is intended for indoor use (IP20). The structure ships in three flat packs for self-assembly and includes castor wheels and adjustable feet for mobility and stability.

Advantages

The cabinet offers an adjustable vertical rail depth (max. 720 mm) to accommodate different equipment depths and includes front tempered glass door with lock and a rear solid steel door with lock. Removable side panels with locks provide easy access for maintenance. Integrated cable entry panels at the top and bottom simplify cable routing, and the package contains M6 cage nuts, blank entry panels and a fan tray with four 230 V fans.

How to use

Assemble the cabinet from the three supplied flat packs following the manufacturer instructions, install the adjustable vertical mounting rails to the required depth, and secure them with the supplied M6 cage nuts. Position the cabinet using the castors, then level it with the adjustable feet. Route cables through the top or bottom cable entry panels and fit blank panels where needed. Mount equipment into the 19" rails and lock the front and rear doors when access control is required. Connect the fan tray to a 230 V supply if active ventilation is needed.

Usage recommendations

Install the cabinet in a dry, ventilated indoor environment (IP20). Do not exceed the specified 800 kg load and ensure even weight distribution. Use recommended cage nuts and properly secure cabling to maintain airflow and ease of maintenance.
