Free standing Lanberg cabinet FF01-8015-12BL is a 19” freestanding rack cabinet designed for mounting network, server and AV equipment with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. Constructed from high-grade cold rolled steel with a powder-coated black RAL9004 finish, the cabinet includes an LCD display on the front to show internal temperature, time and fan status. It has a tempered glass front door with lock (reversible to open left or right), a solid steel rear door with lock, removable side panels with locks, and adjustable vertical mounting rails. Cable entry is possible through adjustable top and bottom panels, and the top cover includes a fan tray with four 230V fans. The cabinet ships as four flat packs for self-assembly and includes accessories for rail installation, M6 cage nuts and blank entry panels.

How to use

Assemble the cabinet from the four flat packs following the included assembly instructions, secure vertical mounting rails at the desired depth and fix them with the supplied hardware. Install the front tempered glass door on the right or left hinge as required, fit the rear steel door and attach side panels with their locks. Route cabling through the top or bottom adjustable blank entry panels and mount equipment on the 19” rails using the supplied M6 cage nuts. Connect and configure the top fan tray and check the LCD for internal temperature and fan status. Use castors to move the cabinet into position, then engage the brakes and adjust leveling feet for a stable installation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, ensure adequate airflow around the cabinet, avoid exceeding the 800 kg load limit, and verify compatibility of mounted equipment with 15U usable rack space. Periodically check locks, fans and cable entries and record temperature readings shown on the LCD to prevent overheating.
