How to use

Connect the adapter to a non-PoE Gigabit switch or a network port using a standard Cat5e or better Ethernet cable. Plug the supplied power cable into a mains outlet (100–240 V) and the adapter. Connect the powered device (for example an access point) to the adapter's RJ-45 PoE output port. The adapter will detect the device's power requirement and supply the appropriate PoE or PoE+ voltage up to 30 W. Observe the 100 m maximum distance for reliable operation.

Usage recommendations

Use certified cables (Cat5e or higher) and verify device compatibility with IEEE 802.3af/at.
