Managed L3 Switch Lancom Systems LANCOM GS-4530XP — 30 × 2.5G RJ-45, PoE, 1U, USB, RJ-45/Micro-USB console
LANCOM GS-4530XP is a managed Layer 3 multi-Gigabit rack-mount switch in a 1U chassis providing 30 RJ-45 ports with 2.5G Ethernet capability (100/1000/2500), integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+), one USB 2.0 port and an RJ-45/Micro-USB console. The switch implements a 32,000-entry MAC table, industry-standard networking protocols and full Layer 3 routing features suitable for enterprise access aggregation, office LANs and powering PoE devices. Designed for professional deployments, the device supports front-to-back ventilation, hot-swappable power supply options and cloud-managed orchestration via the LANCOM Management Cloud.
The LANCOM GS-4530XP combines multi-Gigabit port density with PoE power delivery and full Layer 3 routing in a 1U form factor, enabling high-throughput access and aggregation for modern wired and wireless infrastructures. It supports extensive IEEE networking standards including VLAN, QoS, STP, LACP and 802.1x, and offers hardware redundancy options such as a hot-swappable PSU and redundant fans. Stacking and cloud management simplify configuration, scaling and maintenance across single or multiple sites.
Install the LANCOM GS-4530XP in a standard 19" rack and connect uplinks and access devices to the RJ-45 and SFP+/QSFP+ ports according to your network design. Configure basic device identity and management access through the console (RJ-45 or Micro-USB), web interface or CLI, or enroll the switch in the LANCOM Management Cloud for automated provisioning. Define VLANs, QoS policies, PoE power allocation and routing protocols such as OSPF to integrate the switch into your network topology. Use stacking when multiple switches need to operate as a single logical device for simplified administration.
For deployments with Wi‑Fi 6 access points, assign the 2.5G ports to AP uplinks and reserve sufficient PoE budget per port. When high availability is required, install a second PSU and enable stacking with nonstop forwarding and hitless failover to minimize service interruption. Use the LANCOM Management Cloud to apply consistent configurations and monitor stack health centrally.
