The LANCOM 1800VA SD-WAN gateway with integrated VDSL modem provides a compact, enterprise-grade solution for networking small and medium-sized businesses and branch offices. It supports fiber-optic connections, offers five integrated IPSec VPN channels (expandable up to 25 via a license), and can be centrally managed through the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) to automate rollout, monitoring, and configuration of distributed sites and endpoints.

Advantages

The device combines SD-WAN features such as Auto‑VPN, High Scalability VPN (HSVPN), Advanced Mesh VPN, Dynamic Path Selection and Dynamic Traffic Steering to optimize performance and resilience across multiple WAN links with active/active load balancing. Built‑in security includes a stateful inspection firewall with intrusion prevention and denial‑of‑service protection, plus logical network segmentation via ARF and VLAN.
