The LANCOM ISG-5000 (EU) is a rack-mounted network security appliance designed as a central integrated services gateway for medium-sized SD-WAN and multi-site enterprise environments. Housed in a 19U metal enclosure and finished in black, the device provides multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports, high-speed SFP+ uplinks, USB interfaces and an RJ-45 console connection. With support for DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ICMP, NTP/SNTP, RADIUS/RADSEC and RTP/SRTP/SIPS protocols and a wide power input range (100–240 V, max 60 W), the ISG-5000 is intended for centralised firewalling, VPN termination and VoIP gateway tasks.

The appliance offers centralised performance for SD-WAN scenarios by combining hardware acceleration, modern encryption technologies and scalable VPN architecture. High Scalability VPN (HSVPN) reduces the number of required tunnels by bundling multiple networks into single secure transports while preserving strict separation between networks.
