Rack cabinet Lanview RWM-IP65404020W 40U 600x1000mm with glass door
The Lanview RWM-IP65404020W 40U 600x1000mm rack cabinet is built for organized storage and protection of networking and server equipment. The cabinet body is fully welded to provide a robust structure and offers resistance to water and dust. A glass door allows visibility and access while the overall dimensions and narrow side bends create additional interior space for installation. The body is finished with a RAL7035 outdoor powder coating applied using nanotechnology with a thickness of 70–90 microns. The removable mounting plate simplifies equipment installation and maintenance.
The fully welded body delivers structural strength and enhanced protection against environmental ingress. Narrow side bends increase usable interior space for cabling and equipment. A glass front door provides visibility and controlled access to installed devices. The RAL7035 outdoor powder coating with nanotechnology increases surface durability and resistance to corrosion and wear. The mounting plate can be mounted and removed easily to speed up installation and servicing.
Position the rack cabinet on a level floor and secure it according to site requirements. Install equipment onto the 19-inch mounting rails or the removable mounting plate; the plate can be removed to facilitate fitting large or heavy devices and then reinstalled. Route cabling through available openings and use the narrow side bends to maximize interior space. Close and lock the glass door for controlled access. Follow standard safety procedures for rack-mounted equipment and ensure adequate ventilation for installed devices.
For best results, install the cabinet in a clean, dry location and verify that the environmental conditions comply with the protection requirements of the installed equipment. Use appropriate grounding and cable management accessories, and avoid placing heavy loads on the glass door. Periodically inspect the powder-coated surface for damage and maintain seals to preserve dust and water resistance.
