Fence Tape Lean 19x35 m UV Protection, 20 Clips, Grey, 450 g/m
Fence Tape Lean 19×35 m UV Protection, 20 Clips, Grey, 450 g/m is a woven screening tape designed for mounting on fences to provide visual privacy and reduce wind impact. The product is supplied in a 19 cm by 35 m roll and includes 20 clips for attachment to metal or wooden fence panels. Constructed with UV-stabilised fibres and a denser 450 g/m weight, the tape is intended to deliver longer outdoor life and effective screening in garden, terrace and site environments.
The tape combines a medium-width profile with a heavy 450 g/m fabric weight to offer reliable wind reduction and improved opacity compared with lighter screening materials. Integrated UV protection minimises degradation and colour loss under sunlight, while the included clips simplify installation on a variety of fence types. The neutral grey colour provides discreet coverage that blends with typical outdoor surroundings.
Unroll the tape along the exterior or interior side of the fence and position it so that edges align with fence posts or slats. Use the supplied clips to secure the tape at regular intervals, ensuring even tension across the length to avoid sagging. For metal fences, attach clips to the frame or wires; for wooden panels, fasten clips to slats or posts. Trim any excess tape with scissors or a utility knife and check clip positions after the first week of outdoor exposure to re-tension if necessary.
The tape performs best when installed with even tension and clipped every 30–50 cm depending on wind exposure. For maximum lifespan, avoid direct contact with heating elements or sharp edges and inspect periodically for UV wear or mechanical damage; replace if significant fraying or loss of opacity occurs.
