Socket-outlet RJ-45 Legrand 0 765 51, 1-module UTP, white, 22.5×25.2×45 mm
Legrand 0 765 51 is a single-module RJ-45 socket outlet designed for UTP cabling and part of the Legrand LCS² category 5e range. The compact white faceplate measures 22.5×25.2×45 mm and is intended for installation in modular electrical frames such as Mosaic™, Arteor and Plexo. It provides a fixed, wall-mounted network connection point for Ethernet devices in offices, homes and server closets and is compatible with standard structured cabling practices.
The socket integrates a LCS² connector with a fast-connection system that accepts AWG 22 single-core cables down to AWG 26 and multicore AWG cables, allowing quick terminations without separate crimping tools. Contacts are marked with a dual colour code and support both T568A and T568B wiring schemes for straightforward installation. The module conforms to ISO/IEC 11801 Ed. 2.0 (amendment 2), EN 50173-1 and TIA/EIA-568-C standards, ensuring interoperability within category 5e structured cabling installations.
Mount the module into a compatible modular support or faceplate (Mosaic™, Arteor, Plexo) and secure according to the frame manufacturer’s instructions. Strip the cable sheath, separate pairs and follow the dual colour code to place each conductor into the LCS² connector according to the chosen wiring scheme (T568A or T568B). Use the integrated fast-connection mechanism to terminate the conductors; ensure each contact is fully seated and test the link with a network tester after installation.
For reliable performance, use UTP cables meeting category 5e specifications and keep cable runs within recommended lengths. Choose a consistent wiring scheme (T568A or T568B) throughout the installation to avoid connectivity issues. After termination, verify continuity and pair alignment with a suitable cable tester and follow local electrical and cabling regulations when mounting the module.
