The LevelOne DAC-0103 Direct Attach Copper Cable is a 3 m SFP+ twinax assembly designed for 10Gbps Ethernet and 10G Fibre Channel short-reach connections. With SFP+ connectors on both ends and a twinax construction, this cable provides high signal integrity and low latency for data centres, server-to-switch links and other high-performance networking equipment. It is a passive, hot-pluggable solution that meets SFP+ MSA and improved pluggable form factor (IPF) expectations for EMI/EMC performance.

Advantages

The cable supports multi-gigabit data rates up to 10.5 Gbps while remaining backward compatible to 1 Gbps. Its SFP+ 20-pin hot-pluggable footprint and twinax design enable high port density and reduced power consumption compared with optical transceivers.
