Patchcord UTP Cat.5e Logo RJ45 M 3m cross-over unshielded gray
Logo Patchcord UTP Cat.5e RJ45 M 3m cross-over unshielded gray is a 3-meter unshielded twisted pair (UTP) network cable with RJ45 male connectors wired as a cross-over. The cable meets Cat.5e performance for 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T links in short runs and is intended for direct device-to-device Ethernet connections where a crossover wiring is required. The compact, flexible jacket and standard RJ45 plugs make this patchcord suitable for simple installation and temporary or permanent linking of network devices.
This Logo Cat.5e cross-over patchcord provides reliable 100 Mbps and gigabit-capable signalling over short distances with reduced crosstalk thanks to twisted pair construction. The unshielded design keeps the cable lightweight and flexible for easy routing in home or office environments. Pre-terminated RJ45 male connectors ensure immediate plug-and-play connectivity without the need for field crimping or additional tools.
Plug each RJ45 male connector into the Ethernet ports of the devices to be connected, ensuring firm insertion until the latch clicks. Use this cross-over cable when direct NIC-to-NIC communication is required and when the connected devices do not auto-sense (auto-MDI/MDIX) crossover. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress on the connectors. For permanent installations, secure the cable with cable ties or clips while avoiding over-tightening that could deform the jacket.
For best performance, keep the cable run within typical Ethernet distance limits and avoid running parallel to mains power cables to reduce potential interference. Verify device compatibility with cross-over wiring; if devices support auto-MDI/MDIX, a straight-through cable may be used instead.
