MACLEAN MCTV-437 is a 15-meter singlemode fiber optic cable terminated with SC/APC connectors on both ends. The cable is intended for optical patching in networks where low back-reflection and stable signal transmission are required. With angled-polish SC/APC terminations, this singlemode patch lead supports reliable links between telecom equipment, CATV systems, FTTH installations and professional AV devices over a 15 m reach.
The SC/APC angled-polish connectors reduce optical return loss, improving signal integrity for singlemode links. The 15 m length offers flexible placement of network devices without additional splicing or intermediate connections. Robust connector housings and polished endfaces provide consistent mating performance and reduced insertion loss in point-to-point connections.
Insert the SC/APC connector plugs into matching SC/APC adapter ports on the network devices until they click or are fully seated. Ensure connectors are clean and free from dust before mating; use proper fiber cleaning tools if necessary.
