Maclocks Compulocks VESA AV Conference Room Capsule (black) is a secure mounting enclosure designed for VESA-compatible displays and AV equipment for conference rooms and presentation spaces. The capsule provides a tamper-resistant housing with internal storage and cable management, enabling fixed installation of screens and AV components for meeting rooms, boardrooms, huddle spaces and other shared environments.

How to use

Install the Capsule by positioning it on the intended surface or attaching it to a desk using the bolting points; alternatively fit an optional swivel plate if adjustable orientation is required. Mount a VESA-compatible display or AV component into the enclosure following the display manufacturer’s VESA mounting instructions. Route power and data cables through the provided wiring hole and secure them with the internal cord relief clamp. Place power bricks, battery packs or power/data adaptors into the rear storage compartment and fix them using the supplied adhesive pads or internal mounting points to prevent movement.

Usage recommendations

For secure installations, use the compatible security cable lock and bolt the Capsule to the surface when deployed in public or unattended areas. If local mains outlets are not available, consider Power over Ethernet (PoE) adaptors that can be hidden inside the storage compartment. Ensure adequate ventilation around power adapters and avoid overfilling the internal space to maintain safe operating conditions.
