Network Cable MaxLink ML-AOC10G+30 SFP AOC 10G 30m Black
The MaxLink ML-AOC10G+30 SFP AOC 10G 30m Black is an active optical cable engineered for reliable 10G Ethernet connections over a 30-metre distance. Designed to interface with SFP+ ports, this cable provides a factory-terminated optical connection that reduces electromagnetic interference and supports consistent high-speed data transmission. The integrated DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) function enables real-time monitoring of optical parameters to help maintain performance and diagnose link issues.
This active optical cable offers 10G data rate support over a 30 m reach while eliminating the bulk and susceptibility to interference associated with copper twinax or RJ-45 cabling. The SFP+ termination ensures direct compatibility with devices that support SFP+ optics, and the black jacket provides a discreet appearance for rack and data center installations. Built-in DDM allows monitoring of power, temperature and signal conditions without additional hardware.
Install the MaxLink ML-AOC10G+30 by inserting each SFP+ connector into the corresponding SFP+ port on your network devices, ensuring secure seating until the latch engages. The cable is plug-and-play for systems that accept SFP+ AOCs and Cisco-compatible optics; the connected devices should recognize the link and negotiate at 10 Gbps. Use network management tools to view DDM parameters and verify optical power, temperature and other diagnostics as needed.
Route the cable with gentle bends and avoid sharp kinks to preserve the optical fibers. Keep the cable away from sources of physical damage and maintain appropriate airflow in rack installations. Verify device compatibility with Cisco SFP+ ports before deployment and monitor DDM readings to detect potential issues early.
