The 0.5 m length and yellow LSHF (LSOH) jacket make it suitable for patching in server racks, switch panels and equipment bays where clear identification and reduced emission susceptibility are required. Constructed as S/FTP (overall braid plus foil on each pair) with AWG 26/7 PIMF conductors, the cable supports up to 10 000 Mbit/s and meets Class EA link performance up to 500 MHz according to ISO/IEC 11801 and related standards.
The fully shielded S/FTP design provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, which is important in electrically noisy environments or near power cabling. Two shielded RJ‑45 connectors with 1:1 assignment preserve shielding continuity and ensure reliable connections for high‑speed Ethernet and Power over Ethernet applications.
