The Microconnect B-FTP5005W RJ-45 Cat5e 0.5 m White is a 0.5 m Ethernet patch cable designed for connecting network devices such as switches, modems or routers to each other or to structured cabling via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. Compliant with Cat5e standards and tested up to 100 MHz, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable features F/UTP (B-FTP) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and is backward compatible with Cat5 installations. The cable comes in white and includes latch protection on the RJ-45 connectors to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in tight spaces.
