The Microconnect B-UTP503P is a 3 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for connecting switches, modems, routers and other network devices to each other or to patch panels and wall outlets. It supports tested frequencies up to 100 MHz (Cat5e standard) and is backward compatible with Cat5. The cable is available in purple and has latch protection on the plugs to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in tight spaces. The cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s when used within appropriate network hardware capabilities.
