The Microconnect SFTP70025R RJ-45 Cat7 0.25m Red is a short, shielded network patch cable designed for reliable connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, or to infrastructure elements like patch panels, keystone jacks and wall outlets. The cable follows the Cat7 standard with S/FTP shielding, is tested up to 600 MHz and is supplied with RJ-45 Cat6a-compatible connectors. Its 0.25 m length and red colour make it suitable for tidy, color-coded installations in home and small office environments.

Advantages

The SFTP70025R offers improved protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) thanks to its S/FTP shielding, which reduces crosstalk and data errors and helps maintain higher transmission rates. Although manufactured with Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors, the cable is compliant with Cat7 testing up to 600 MHz and remains backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 equipment.
