The MicroConnect SFTP710R RJ-45 Cat7 10m Red is a shielded network patch cable designed for reliable wired connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, or for linking to structured cabling via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. The cable is manufactured to Cat7 performance and tested up to 600 MHz while using Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors; it remains backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 systems. The red jacket and 10 m length make it suitable for visible runs in home and small office environments.

Advantages

The SFTP construction provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) to reduce crosstalk and preserve signal integrity. Using Cat7-rated cable with Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors ensures high-frequency performance while maintaining broad compatibility with existing network equipment.
