The Microconnect STP6005SEXT RJ-45 Cat6 0.5 m Black is a shielded Category 6 networking cable designed for reliable connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, or to infrastructure points like patch panels, keystone jacks and wall outlets. This 0.5 m cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is tested to the Cat6 standard frequency of 250 MHz. It is backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 and features latch protection to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in tight spaces.

Advantages

The cable uses F/UTP shielding to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI), which helps prevent crosstalk, data errors and reduced transmission speeds.
