MicroConnect UTP501 is a 1 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors at both ends, designed for connecting computers, routers, switches and patch panels. The cable supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s while meeting Cat5e electrical characteristics (tested up to 100 MHz) and is backwards compatible with Cat5. A grey jacket and latch protection on the RJ-45 plugs make the cable suitable for home and small office installations where space is limited.
