The Microconnect UTP640 networking cable is a Cat6 U/UTP cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a length of 40 m. Designed for wired network connections between devices such as switches, modems, routers or to building infrastructure via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets, this grey cable supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is tested to 250 MHz in accordance with the Cat6 standard. The cable includes protective boots (snaggles) on the connectors to reduce the risk of damage during installation in tight spaces and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 systems.
