Networking Cable Microconnect V-UTP6A075W-SLIM RJ-45 Cat6a 7.5m White
The Microconnect V-UTP6A075W-SLIM RJ-45 Cat6a 7.5m White is a slim Cat6a network cable designed for space-saving installations in IT racks and cabinets. It offers high-speed data transmission up to Cat6a standards and backward compatibility with Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5. The cable has gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, a white low-profile jacket and a length of 7.5 m, making it suitable for connecting network devices in confined spaces while maintaining reliable throughput.
The slim, flexible design improves accessibility and makes routing and switching in crowded racks easier. Reduced cable diameter enhances airflow in cabinets and racks, helping to lower operating temperatures and reduce risk of downtime. The cable is tested to Cat6a performance levels and is backward compatible with earlier Ethernet standards. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide durable contact and reliable connectivity, and an integrated snagless boot protects the connector latch during tight installations.
Route the slim Cat6a cable between network equipment in racks, cabinets or workspaces, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Insert the RJ-45 connectors into compatible ports on switches, routers, patch panels or endpoints until the latch clicks. For best performance, maintain proper cable management to preserve the cable’s bend radius and avoid interference sources where possible.
Use the Microconnect slim Cat6a cable for short to medium patch runs (such as 7.5 m) in high-density rack environments. Keep the cable untwisted at terminations as little as possible and follow standard installation practices for Cat6a to ensure performance. Avoid running parallel to strong EMI sources and replace the cable if connector damage or jacket abrasion is visible.
