Manual pencil sharpener Milan 4703116VK — steel cutting head, assorted colours, pack of 16
Manual pencil sharpener Milan 4703116VK combines a compact hand-operated sharpener with a soft synthetic rubber eraser and a built-in shaving receptacle. Designed by MILAN’s R+D department in the Vikings special series, this tool is made for everyday pencil maintenance for schools, studios and offices. The sharpener features a steel cutting head with a safety blade system and comes in assorted colours (blue, red and green). Supplied as a pack of 16, it requires no electricity and is suitable for standard pencils and MAXI pencils when used with the dual-shaft design.
The steel cutting head provides consistent, precise sharpening and resists dulling during repeated use. A safety blade system secures the blade inside the body to prevent detachment and increase user safety. The integrated deposit collects shavings to keep workspaces cleaner, while the compact form factor and lightweight construction make the sharpener easy to carry and store. The included soft synthetic rubber eraser offers a complementary correction option in the same compact unit.
Insert a pencil into the appropriate sharpening hole (standard or MAXI) and rotate the pencil while holding the sharpener steady, or rotate the sharpener around the pencil to achieve the desired point. Periodically open the shaving receptacle to empty accumulated shavings and keep the blade free of debris. Use the eraser end to remove pencil marks; replace the eraser with a compatible spare when worn.
For longer blade life and consistent results, avoid applying excessive pressure while sharpening and empty the shaving receptacle regularly. Use the correct hole for pencil diameter to prevent breakage of cores and to maintain a controlled point suitable for writing or drawing.
