Mungyo self-hardening modelling clay, 250 g in white, is an air-dry sculpting mass designed for hand modelling, small decorative items and repair of minor ceramic details. The ready-to-use compound requires no baking: after shaping it dries at room temperature to a firm, sandable surface that accepts paints and adhesives. Its smooth consistency makes it suitable for fine details, texturing and simple joining tasks in hobby and educational projects.
This white air-dry modelling clay is ready to use straight from the package and hardens at room temperature without the need for firing or oven curing. Once dry it can be sanded to refine shapes, painted with common hobby paints, and bonded to other materials with standard glues. The material holds detail well and is convenient for small repairs, ornament making and classroom activities due to its easy handling and predictable drying.
Take the required amount of modelling clay from the package and knead briefly to achieve uniform softness and flexibility. Shape and model by hand or with simple sculpting tools to obtain the desired form. Allow the model to dry at room temperature; drying time depends on thickness and humidity—thin sections dry faster while thicker parts require longer curing. After complete drying, refine the surface by sanding, then apply paints or adhesives as needed.
For best results, work on clean, non-porous surfaces and keep unused material sealed to prevent premature drying. To speed up drying of thicker sections, split the model into thinner parts or increase room ventilation. Use acrylic or water-based paints for finishing; test adhesives on a small area before full application.
