Docking Station NATEC NMP-2162 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C Grey Wired
Docking Station NATEC NMP-2162 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C Grey Wired
The NATEC NMP-2162 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C Grey Wired docking station expands a laptop's connectivity using a wired USB-C connection. It provides a compact hub with a short 0.15 m USB cable, one HDMI output, one Gigabit Ethernet port supporting 100/1000 Mbit/s, MicroSD and SD card slots, and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports. The docking station supports USB Power Delivery up to 100 W and is compatible with a range of Windows and Android systems, offering straightforward wired extension of ports for mobile and compact computers.
The docking station combines high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports with a full Gigabit Ethernet port and HDMI video output in a single compact grey enclosure. Its wired USB Type-C connection ensures stable data and power delivery, while support for up to 100 W USB Power Delivery allows charging of many laptops and peripherals. Built-in MicroSD and SD card readers provide convenient access to removable storage without additional adapters.
Connect the docking station to a compatible host device using the integrated 0.15 m USB-C cable. Plug HDMI into an external display and select the appropriate input on the monitor. Insert an Ethernet cable into the RJ-45 port to enable wired network access; the docking station supports 100 and 1000 Mbit/s link speeds. Insert MicroSD or SD cards into the corresponding slots for file transfer. Attach USB-A peripherals to the available USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. If your laptop supports USB Power Delivery, the docking station can provide power to the host device up to the supported 100 W limit.
Use the docking station on a stable surface and ensure the host device's USB-C port supports data transfer and, if required, Power Delivery. For best network performance, use quality Ethernet cables and set the host network adapter to auto-negotiate 1 Gbps where supported. When connecting high-resolution displays or multiple power-hungry peripherals, verify the host's power and display output capabilities to ensure full functionality.
