NEO tools Tube/Pipe Bending Tool 02-433 is a manual spring-type bending aid designed for shaping metal and PEX pipes with a working length of 760 mm and a compact net weight of 762 g. The tool is a flat-profile steel spring with a 25 mm width and a 2.5 mm wire diameter that supports formation of controlled bends at acute angles without the need to heat or soften the material. The surface is galvanized and treated against corrosion for longer service life in plumbing, HVAC and workshop environments.
The spring profile provides internal support that prevents kinking and maintains a smooth outer surface on the pipe after bending. Its galvanized, anti‑corrosive finish increases durability when used in damp or variable environments. A built-in hook at one end simplifies removal from long or hard-to-reach pipe runs. Lightweight construction and a 760 mm working depth make the tool convenient for both field and workshop use.
Insert the spring fully into the pipe to be bent so the flat profile sits along the pipe interior. Hold the pipe securely and manually shape it to the required curvature; the internal spring supports the pipe wall to prevent kinking while allowing an acute-angle bend. If the spring extends into deep or confined sections, use the built-in hook to pull it back out after bending. No heating or softening of the pipe material is required when using this tool.
Use the tool with pipes within the specified width and flexibility range; avoid forcing the spring into rigid, thick-walled pipes. After each use, clean off debris and moisture and store the spring in a dry place to preserve the galvanized coating. Inspect the spring for deformation before reuse and replace it if the profile or wire is damaged.
