Pulley Puller NEO tools 11-811 — single-piece 1.06 kg workshop tool
Pulley Puller NEO tools 11-811 — single-piece 1.06 kg workshop tool
NEO tools 11-811 is a workshop pulley puller designed for removal of pulleys, harmonic balancers, gears and other press-fit components in automotive repair and mechanical servicing. Supplied as a single unit with a total mass of approximately 1.06 kg, the tool is built from high-quality steel and combines a compact construction with the strength required for repeated workshop use.
The tool features a robust single-piece design and a long main spreader screw for controlled, axial extraction. Auxiliary screws in three lengths provide flexibility when working with different pulley depths and mounting configurations. Durable steel construction ensures resistance to bending and wear under typical service loads.
Position the puller centrally on the pulley or balancer so the main screw aligns with the component shaft. Select and fit the appropriate auxiliary screws to match the pulley depth, then engage the puller arms or contact points with the pulley edge. Tighten the main spreader screw gradually and evenly to apply axial force until the component is released. Keep hands and tools clear of pinch points and stop periodically to check alignment.
Use suitable hand tools or a torque-controlled driver for turning the main screw to avoid overload. Inspect the tool for visible damage before each use and replace any worn components. Apply light penetrating oil to seized fittings if necessary and support the shaft to prevent additional stress on bearings and seals during extraction.
