NEO tools 14-722 sanding gun is an aluminium air compressor accessory supplied as a single unit. Designed for use with external abrasive tanks, the tool allows continuous sand delivery for extended operation and is intended as a replacement or extension of existing pneumatic systems. The lightweight aluminium construction and CE certification make it suitable for workshop, construction and maintenance environments where compatible compressor fittings are required.
The sanding gun is made of aluminium, which reduces operator fatigue during prolonged use while maintaining durability. It supports long and uninterrupted operation by drawing abrasive media from an external tank and operates at a maximum pressure of 6 BAR. A practical clip allows convenient temporary storage of the tool between tasks. The device is CE certified, confirming compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
Connect the sanding gun to a compatible air compressor using appropriate fittings and ensure the compressor can supply the specified air consumption. Attach and secure the external abrasive tank and set up the abrasive feed according to the tank and media specifications. Adjust the compressor pressure to a maximum of 6 BAR and test the gun on a scrap surface to confirm correct feed and blasting pattern. Use steady, controlled movements while maintaining appropriate safety distances and personal protective equipment.
Operate the tool with certified respirators, eye and ear protection and gloves. Verify compatibility of abrasive media and tank connections before use. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 6 BAR. After each use, inspect the gun for wear, clean abrasive passages and store the tool using the built-in clip to prevent damage.
