Pruning shears NEO tools 15-200 — manual garden secateurs, 1 pc
NEO tools 15-200 pruning shears are manual garden secateurs designed for cutting fresh wood, stems and small branches. Compact and handheld, these by-pass shears have a total length of 185 mm and a maximum cutting diameter of 15 mm. The tool features a by-pass blade mechanism, PTFE non-stick coating on the cutting blade, adjustable blade spacing and an ergonomic plastic handle with soft elements for improved comfort. A one-hand safety lock and ambidextrous design make the shears suitable for routine pruning, shaping and maintenance of shrubs, flowers, vines and small trees.
The by-pass cutting mechanism ensures a sharp, smooth cut by allowing the blades to pass closely past each other, which is particularly suitable for fresh and delicate branches. The PTFE non-stick coating helps reduce sap build-up and keeps the blade cleaner during repeated cuts. Adjustable blade spacing lets the user set the gap according to branch thickness for precise cuts, while the ergonomic handle with soft elements reduces hand fatigue and the risk of calluses. A one-hand safety lock secures the tool when not in use.
Hold the pruning shears by the ergonomic handle and position the branch between the by-pass blades so that the sharp cutting edge passes closely to the counter blade. Squeeze the handles firmly in one smooth motion to obtain a clean cut. Adjust the blade spacing before cutting thicker branches to ensure a correct gap for the material being cut. After use, engage the one-hand safety lock to keep the blades closed and store the shears in a dry place. The tool is intended for cutting fresh wood and should not be used on nails, wire or frozen branches.
To prolong blade life and maintain cutting performance, clean sap and debris from the PTFE-coated blade after each use and dry the tool thoroughly. Sharpen blades as needed and avoid cutting materials beyond the specified 15 mm diameter. For comfortable long-term use, take short breaks during extended sessions and adjust the blade spacing to match branch thickness.
