arden hose 1/2” x 20 m, 6-layer NEO PROFESSIONAL (15-840) is a premium-class garden hose made of flexible PVC reinforced with polyester yarn and two braids (cross and tricot). The hose has six solid layers, a Food Safe inner layer suitable for contact with food, and a built-in anti-twist security system. It is resistant to algae deposits and UV radiation and is designed for reliable use in garden, garage or allotment maintenance with a recommended operating pressure of 10 bar.
The 6-layer construction with two braids provides high durability and resistance to bursting, while the flexible PVC material ensures easy handling and maneuverability. The Food Safe layer allows safe contact with water intended for plants or household use. An integrated anti-twist system reduces kinking and tangling during use. The hose is also resistant to algae formation and UV degradation, making it suitable for seasonal outdoor use.
Connect the hose to a compatible tap or fitting and ensure fittings are tightened to prevent leaks. Lay the hose out straight before turning on the water to avoid kinks; use the anti-twist system to reduce tangling during operation. After use, drain the water, coil the hose without sharp bends and store it away from direct sunlight during prolonged non-use.
For long service life, avoid dragging the hose over sharp edges, protect fittings from freezing, and store the hose indoors or in shade during winter. Check connections periodically for wear and replace if damaged to maintain safe operation at the recommended 10 bar pressure.
