Air compressor accessory NEO tools TOP-14-704, 1 pc
NEO tools TOP-14-704 is an air spray gun accessory designed for use with workshop air compressor systems. Supplied as a single piece, the unit includes a 1-litre stainless steel bottom tank and a 1.4 mm nozzle. The spray gun supports two-range pressure adjustment and a maximum operating pressure of 4 BAR, making it suitable as a replacement or additional component for maintenance, repair or expansion of pneumatic painting setups. The product is CE compliant.
The stainless steel bottom tank provides corrosion resistance and easy cleaning while the 1.4 mm nozzle delivers precise atomization for a range of liquid coatings. Two-range pressure adjustment allows the operator to match output to paint viscosity and surface type. Compact, single-piece supply simplifies installation as a spare or supplementary spray gun for compatible compressor systems.
Attach the spray gun to a compatible air compressor using the appropriate fittings and ensure the compressor is set within the recommended pressure range. Fill the stainless steel tank with the chosen coating material, observing the manufacturer recommendations for viscosity and thinning if required. Use the two-range pressure adjustment to set spray output according to paint type and surface. During operation keep the nozzle clean and follow standard safety practices for ventilation and protective equipment.
For best results, test spray on a sample surface to adjust pressure and material viscosity before working on final pieces. Clean the stainless steel tank and nozzle after each use to maintain consistent spray performance and prevent clogging. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 4 BAR.
