Expandable Garden Hose 10–40 m, model WOX40 — Flexible Lightweight Water Hose for Irrigation

Expandable Garden Hose 10–40 m, model WOX40 is a flexible lightweight water hose that extends from 10 to 40 meters when pressurized and contracts for compact storage. Designed for garden irrigation and general outdoor use, the hose adapts to different watering distances without kinking. The unit includes standard male and female fittings for connection to outdoor taps and is compatible with common spray nozzles and sprinklers.

Advantages

The hose offers a lightweight construction that reduces strain during handling and transport. Its expandable design minimizes tangling and kinking while in use, and the contracted form saves storage space when not pressurized. Standard threaded fittings ensure quick attachment to outdoor taps and existing watering accessories, while the flexible outer cover resists abrasion and improves mobility across lawns and patios.

Suitable for

• Garden irrigation for flower beds, vegetable plots and shrubs
• Washing cars, bikes and outdoor furniture
• Balcony, terrace and lawn watering
• Temporary watering tasks around the yard or campsite

Key specifications

• Expandable length: 10 m (contracted) to 40 m (expanded)
• Construction: flexible inner tube with protective outer cover
• Weight: lightweight for easy handling
• Fittings: standard threaded connectors compatible with outdoor taps and nozzles
• Primary use: outdoor water supply for irrigation and washing

How to use

Connect the hose to a water tap using the provided threaded fitting, ensuring a secure seal to prevent leaks. Gradually open the tap to allow water pressure to expand the hose from its contracted length up to the required reach. Attach a spray nozzle or sprinkler to the free end as needed. After use, turn off the water, open the nozzle to release remaining pressure and allow the hose to drain; it will contract as the water exits, making it easy to coil and store.

Usage recommendations

To prolong service life, avoid dragging the hose over sharp edges, do not expose it to prolonged direct sunlight when idle, and avoid leaving it under pressure for extended periods. Store the hose drained and folded in a shaded, frost-free location during winter months. Inspect fittings periodically and tighten or replace as needed to maintain leak-free connections.
