Shut-off Water Fittings Onnline RAC1/2 1/2" DN15, pack of 2
Shut-off Water Fittings Onnline RAC1/2 1/2" DN15, pack of 2
Onnline RAC1/2 shut-off water fittings are designed for quick isolation and connection of residential water meters and short pipeline sections. The set contains two fittings sized for 1/2" (DN15) connections. These fittings allow controlled shut-off for maintenance, meter replacement or temporary isolation to prevent water loss during repairs. Constructed for compatibility with standard domestic plumbing, the Onnline RAC1/2 set is intended to simplify meter installation and service tasks.
The Onnline RAC1/2 fittings offer straightforward installation and reliable shut-off functionality without requiring significant modifications to existing piping. Supplied as a pair, they provide both inlet and outlet isolation for a meter or a short pipe segment. Their compact DN15 size fits common 1/2" domestic connections and supports routine maintenance operations while reducing the risk of uncontrolled leaks during component changes.
Shut off the main supply if required, then install each Onnline RAC1/2 fitting to the corresponding 1/2" meter inlet and outlet points following local plumbing practice and sealing standards. Tighten connections to manufacturer-recommended torque or to standard plumbing practice for 1/2" fittings. Use the fittings to isolate the meter or pipeline section during maintenance or replacement; once work is complete, restore service and check for leaks at all joints.
Verify thread type and sealing method before installation and confirm compatibility with existing meter threads. After installation, perform a pressure and leak check. Use appropriate sealing materials and do not overtighten to avoid thread damage.
