PATCHBOX® Cassettes form the modular connection units for PATCHBOX® systems and contain the patented mechanism that organises patch cables inside network cabinets. This product is a Cat6a U/FTP (STP) flat patch cable with RJ-45 connectors, 0.8 m length and white jacket, designed for use with PATCHBOX® Cassettes and Frames. The cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s, has gold-plated contacts and is suitable for PoE applications when combined with compatible PATCHBOX® components.

Advantages

The U/FTP (STP) construction provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded cables. Cat6a channel compliance ensures support for 10 Gbit/s networks across the channel, and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve long-term connectivity and corrosion resistance. The flat cable design reduces space requirements inside PATCHBOX® Cassettes and facilitates neat routing in the cabinet.
