Gel pen PILOT FriXion Ball Medium — blue ink, medium tip, pack of 3
PILOT FriXion Ball Medium gel pens in this pack of 3 provide erasable blue ink with a medium 0.7 mm line width. The pens use thermo-sensitive FriXion ink that becomes invisible when rubbed with the supplied eraser tip, allowing corrections without white-out or tape. Supplied in blister packaging, these refillable-style pens are intended for everyday writing, note-taking, planning and document editing where erasable ink is useful.
The FriXion thermo-sensitive ink lets you write cleanly and erase cleanly: heat generated by friction makes the ink disappear, enabling repeated corrections on the same page. The medium 0.7 mm metal tip delivers consistent lines for everyday handwriting and general office use. Using refillable-style pens or replacement refills reduces waste compared with disposable pens and provides an economical option for frequent writers.
Write as with a standard gel pen. To erase, rub the dedicated eraser tip or the friction zone over the ink; the heat created by friction will make the ink disappear. For best results, erase firmly and avoid prolonged exposure of erased areas to high temperatures, which can affect visibility. Replace refills when ink supply is depleted to continue using the same pen body.
Store pens capped or retracted in moderate temperatures to preserve thermo-sensitive ink performance. For documents that must remain permanently legible (legal or archival records), avoid relying on erasable ink; use a non-erasable ink alternative instead.
