The PLANET IGS-10020HPT is a managed L2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports that provide IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power delivery and data over a single Cat5E/6 cable. Housed in an IP30 metal enclosure, the switch is built for industrial environments with wide operating temperatures (-40 to 75 °C), DIN-rail or wall mounting options, and surge and electromagnetic interference resistance. It supports redundant ring recovery, Layer 2 switching features and IPv4/IPv6 software VLAN routing to enable secure, flexible network deployments for surveillance, transportation and factory automation.

How to use

Install the switch on a DIN rail or mount it to a wall in a suitable industrial cabinet. Connect the DC power source (12–48 V DC) to the redundant power inputs; the internal boost converts to the required 52 V for IEEE 802.3at PoE+ without special external supplies. Plug Cat5E/6 cables into the RJ-45 ports to provide both data and PoE to cameras, APs or other PDs.
