This compact SFP module is compliant with the SFP Multisource Agreement (MSA) and is hot-pluggable for installation into SFP/mini-GBIC ports on compatible switches and routers without interrupting host operation. Packaged in a nickel finish and sold as a single unit, the transceiver is intended for modular uplinks and fiber links in server rooms, access networks and aggregation points.
