How to use

Connect the RJ-45 cable from an IEEE 802.3at PoE+ injector, PoE+ switch or PoE+ media converter to the POE-161S input port. Use a second RJ-45 cable from the POE-161S data output to the network device for data. Set the DIP switch to select the required DC output (5 V or 12 V) and connect the DC power lead from the POE-161S to the powered device. Ensure the injector or switch provides PoE+ power and that the total power budget does not exceed the POE-161S limits. Maximum cable length between injector and splitter is 100 m.
