How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and insert the removable stainless steel bowl. Fill the bowl with the appropriate amount of oil, respecting the minimum and maximum marks if present, and close the anti-dust lid. Set the rotary control to the required frying temperature between 150 and 190 °C, or select the separate position to melt solid fat. Preheat until the thermostat indicates the selected temperature, then place food in the basket and lower it into the oil. After frying, lift the basket to allow excess oil to drain, switch off the unit and allow oil and appliance to cool before removing parts for cleaning.

Usage recommendations

For best results with fries and battered foods, preheat the fryer to the recommended temperature and avoid overfilling the basket to maintain oil temperature.
