Procab networking cable Cat7 U/FTP (STP) 1 m Green RJ-45 to RJ-45
Procab networking cable Cat7 U/FTP (STP) 1 m Green RJ-45 to RJ-45 is an ultra-slim Cat7 patch cable designed for short connections in racks, desktops and AV networks. The cable uses U/FTP (individually foil-shielded pairs with overall braid) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity for high-speed Ethernet. Both ends are fitted with compact RJ-45 straight male connectors with gold-plated contacts for consistent contact and corrosion resistance. The green outer jacket provides easy visual identification in multi-cable installations.
The ultra-slim Ø 4.0 mm diameter and thin, flexible jacket save space and improve airflow in dense rack installations while remaining easy to route in office patching. Individual pair shielding combined with an overall braid offers improved noise rejection compared with unshielded cables, making this cable suitable where electromagnetic interference may affect performance. The compact snagless connectors reduce the risk of damage during installation and the gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transmission and low contact resistance. The cable is PoE tested and supports high-frequency transmission up to the tested range.
Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device or switch and the other end to the patch panel, wall outlet or directly to the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip engages to guarantee a stable connection. Route the cable along cable management paths or raceways to avoid sharp bends and maintain the minimum bend radius typical for slim patch cables. For rack installations, use horizontal managers or Velcro ties to keep multiple cables organized and preserve airflow.
For best performance, avoid running shielded data cables parallel and in close contact with high-voltage power lines. Use proper grounding practices in shielded environments where applicable. When deploying in high-density racks, choose slim cables like this Cat7 U/FTP to reduce congestion and improve ventilation.
