How to use

Fill the removable stainless steel container with oil up to the indicated maximum level, insert the heating coil and baskets, then close the lid. Set the temperature using the adjustable thermostat to the desired frying temperature between 130 °C and 190 °C and allow the oil to reach temperature. Use the timer to control frying durations up to 30 minutes. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow oil and parts to cool before removing baskets and the container for cleaning.
