The ProfiCook PC-VK 1146 vacuum sealer is a fully automatic, high-performance kitchen appliance with a black stainless steel housing designed for reliable food preservation. With an electronically controlled vacuum system (up to approx. 90% vacuum, –0.8 bar / 800 mbar) and a suction power of 24 litres/min, it extends the shelf life of food, protects against freezer burn and preserves vitamins and nutrients. How to use

Place the open end of a suitable structured vacuum bag on the sealing strip, close the lid and select the desired vacuum stage using the touch control panel. The machine will extract air and automatically seal the bag with a durable weld seam. For delicate foods, choose a lower vacuum stage to avoid crushing. Use the integrated foil reel and cutter to prepare custom-length bags from a roll when needed. After sealing, label and store the packages in the refrigerator or freezer as appropriate.

Usage recommendations

For best preservation results, cool hot foods before vacuum sealing and avoid overfilling bags to ensure a reliable seal. Use the lower vacuum settings for soft or delicate items and the higher settings for meats and hard vegetables. Replace or clean the drip groove regularly and follow manufacturer instructions for compatible bags and rolls.
