Glue & paint roller Proline 41259 — roller for adhesives and paint, 1 pc
Proline 41259 — glue & paint roller is a single-piece roller intended for applying adhesives and paints on a variety of surfaces. The roller features a densely woven fabric nap with 15 mm pile height, offering abrasion resistance and even distribution of emulsion, acrylic, silicone and silicate paints as well as common adhesives. Supplied as one unit per pack, the set includes a short lightweight handle with Ø 6 mm steel wire, two 100 x 10 mm inserts and a paint tray sized 140 x 190 mm. The roller is compatible with standard roller frames and is suitable for renovation, DIY and light professional tasks where controlled application and surface smoothing are required.
The densely woven nap and 15 mm pile ensure consistent pick-up and release of paint or adhesive, reducing streaks and uneven coverage. The fabric is highly resistant to abrasion, which extends service life during repeated use on porous or rough surfaces. The included lightweight handle with steel wire gives secure attachment and improved control, while the small tray and inserts enable compact, convenient use for smaller projects or touch-ups. Compatibility with standard frames simplifies integration into existing toolsets.
Attach the roller securely to a compatible frame or the included handle by sliding the roller onto the Ø 6 mm steel wire. Pour a measured amount of paint or adhesive into the tray and load the roller evenly by rolling it in the tray until the nap holds a uniform film. Apply to the surface with steady, overlapping strokes to achieve an even coat; maintain light pressure to avoid drips and excessive buildup. Clean the roller after use according to the paint or adhesive manufacturer’s instructions to prolong service life.
For best results on porous or uneven façades, use paints recommended for exterior or masonry surfaces and work in consistent strokes. Replace inserts if worn, and rinse the nap thoroughly after water-based paints; use appropriate solvents for solvent-based coatings. Store the roller dry and protected from direct sunlight to preserve fabric integrity.
