Proline 41261 is a single-piece glue and paint roller designed for applying adhesives, paints and coatings to flat, smooth surfaces. The roller features a 9 mm pile made of polyamide and acrylic, providing even material pick-up and release for faster and more uniform coverage on walls, panels and craft projects. It is suited to renovation, hobby and light professional use, and supports a range of water-based and higher-viscosity paint types for consistent results.
The polyamide and acrylic pile delivers good durability and consistent nap recovery after use, while the 9 mm pile height balances paint retention with smooth finish on gypsum and gypsum-board surfaces. The single-piece pack contains one hand roller tool that is lightweight and easy to handle, allowing steady application of emulsion, latex, thixotropic and silicate paints as well as certain adhesives. The roller’s construction reduces splatter and helps achieve uniform coverage across panels and walls.
Prepare the surface by cleaning and ensuring it is dry and free of loose particles. Pour paint or adhesive into a tray and load the roller evenly by rolling it through the material until fully saturated but not dripping. Apply with steady, overlapping strokes to achieve uniform coverage; use light pressure on the roller to avoid streaks on smooth gypsum and gypsum-board surfaces. After use, remove excess material by rolling on a clean section of the tray and clean the roller according to the coating manufacturer’s instructions, typically with water for water-based products.
For best results with emulsion, latex and silicate paints, use the roller on well-prepared, primed surfaces and work in consistent directions to blend overlaps. When using thixotropic coatings or adhesive compounds, monitor roller saturation to prevent drips and maintain an even film thickness.
